We provide our service of soil
investigation in the river and near shore area where
tidal variation is big and velocity of current is
strong by Self Elevated Platform (SEP) to provide a
stable platform from which boring investigation can
be carried out.
It is designed to jack up a main
platform (barge) onto 4 legs and it can be raised
and lowered above the sea or river level to avoid
sea waves and tidal rise and fall. The barge has
been used as a platform for drilling operations for
shallow water soil investigation works and it
maintains vertical direction of drilling at optimum
level.
We applied SEP to carry out a lot
of soil investigation Boreholes in Thilawar Port
area of Yangon River for Jetty constructions in 2010
and 2011.
